Conditions of carriage

1. LAND TRANSPORT CONDITIONS

During the tour, people and luggage are transported by various means (on foot, donkey, dromedary or 4X4). Our guides, drivers, aniers and camel drivers are fully qualified to ensure your safety, and you must follow their instructions carefully. Your luggage must be adapted to these conditions. Each traveler is responsible for ensuring that his or her luggage is present during transfers, and for keeping fragile, precious or valuable items with him or her (glasses, electronic devices, documents, etc.). All luggage must be labelled with your contact details.

Changes to ground transportation schedules

For unforeseeable reasons (traffic, flights, force majeure, weather, etc.) and to ensure that your trip runs smoothly, your guide may have to adapt the program.

2.AIR TRANSPORT CONDITIONS

Air transport (flights within Algeria) may be offered as an option by the agency.

Once you have sent us your booking request, we will confirm receipt by e-mail. This is when the mediation contract between you and us comes into effect. If you do not receive this confirmation within a reasonable time after completing your booking request, and none of our operators have contacted you by e-mail or telephone to report any problems, please contact us by telephone for verification.

Tickets must be paid for at the time of booking.

As soon as the requested tickets have been issued, you will receive a confirmation email with a ticket number. This is the point at which a binding contract between you and the airline(s) concerned has been concluded. The ticket and fare conditions are sent by e-mail, so the customer can print them out or keep them in PDF format.

2.1 Airline modifications

If the airline makes changes beyond our control (e.g. changes to fares, seat availability, etc.) after the booking request has been submitted, but before the contract with the airline has become binding, the contract will not come into effect and your payment will be refunded in full. We may contact you and offer to accept the modified fare during normal business hours and no later than 24 hours after we become aware of the fare change or on the first day of the week following this 24-hour period.

For flight services we act exclusively in our capacity as intermediary. The agreement for the execution of the flight comes into effect directly between you and the airline concerned, and we do not accept any contractual liability in connection with the execution or non-execution of your flight. The operating airline is solely responsible for the execution/non-execution of your flight.

Before completing your booking, the general terms and conditions of the airline(s) concerned will be made available to you.

Your agreement with the applicable airline may allow it to cancel or modify your reservations. We will notify you of any changes as soon as we are informed by the airline.

2.1.1 In the event of a schedule change by the airline, we do not charge a fee for changing your reservation to the option proposed by the airline. In the event of cancellation by the airline, we do not charge any fee for your refund request following this cancellation.

In the event of a schedule change or cancellation by the airline, and if you ask us to find another flight option than the one already proposed by the airline, we offer to process the request on your behalf if the airline's conditions allow.

2.1.2 The flight times indicated in your booking confirmation may change between the date of your booking and the date on which you actually travel. We strongly advise you to keep informed and to contact your airline at least 72 hours before the flight's scheduled departure to ensure that the flight (and any connecting flights) are operated as planned. We have no control over airline schedule changes and accept no responsibility for any costs that may be incurred as a result.

2.2 Modification by the traveler

When mediating travel services offered by airlines, we have no guarantee of access to the airline's reservation system. Where this is the case, we can act on your behalf and conclude the contract between you and the airline. We may also ask you to contact the airline directly for all matters relating to reservations, changes or cancellations. You may receive two confirmations for your booking - one from us and one from the airline concerned. If you have received two booking confirmations, please use the airline's booking confirmation for check-in.

2.2.1 The conditions for changes to flight bookings (including changes to passenger name, destination and date of travel) and cancellation refunds are determined by the airline concerned, which is your contractual partner providing the flight. As an intermediary, we have no influence on these conditions.

2.2.2 If the air ticket does not result in transportation, you may be reimbursed for the taxes and fees included in the price of the ticket purchased, in accordance with the applicable regulations. The user's request for reimbursement can be submitted online by sending an e-mail to the agency's address.

2.2.3 For short-term modification requests, we recommend that you contact the airline concerned directly.

2.2.4 Any change requiring the purchase of new tickets will be subject to a fee equal to the price of the new tickets. The total price invoiced by the agency may therefore differ from that shown on the initial quote or invoice, particularly in view of adjustments to air transport tariffs.

2.3 Flight not insured

If you do not show up for your flight or do not make your flight, you may contact us by e-mail at the agency's address within 48 hours of the flight date to request any refund from the airline on your behalf. We are authorized but under no obligation to do so. If we obtain a refund on your behalf, we will transfer this amount to you, deducting our assistance costs. See Appendix 1: *ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANCE FEES.

2.4 Overview of booking and transport conditions

Below, in a general overview, we provide information on the conditions of booking and carriage usually applied in such or at least similar ways. However, the provisions derived from the airline concerned must take precedence over the general information provided. Therefore, in each case, please check the applicable terms and conditions of the airline concerned before booking.

You are also reminded that, in accordance with applicable international laws and regulations, the failure to provide certain data or the inaccuracy of certain data may lead to a decision to deny boarding or entry to a foreign territory, without the carrier being held liable.

Flight times/Check-in

All flight times are given in local time. Arrivals on the following day are indicated by "+1" on the timetable. The flight times shown are preliminary and subject to change at short notice once the ticket has been issued; for example, due to air traffic control, weather or airline operational restrictions. Please check your flight schedule well in advance.

Please adhere to the check-in times indicated by the airline. Airlines are authorized to deny boarding if you are late for check-in.

Combining individual tickets

A combination of two separate one-way tickets instead of one round-trip ticket is clearly marked as such during the booking process. Tickets are treated independently of each other in the event of cancellations, changes, interruptions to air traffic such as strikes and changes to flight schedules. The regulations of each airline will apply.

Flight tickets with different booking numbers are always considered as itineraries that are independent of each other.

Flight tickets with several segments/orders of use

Your round-trip or one-way ticket may consist of several segments. According to the conditions of most airlines, these flight segments must be used in sequence. If this is not the case, many airlines will refuse carriage on subsequent flight segments (e.g., not using a segment of an itinerary could invalidate the rest of the ticket). For round-trip tickets, failure to show up for your outbound flight may result in the airline canceling your return flight.

Pregnancy

Some airlines refuse to carry women who are more than 28 weeks pregnant at the time of the outward or return flight. If you are pregnant, you must clarify with the airline and your doctor whether you can start your journey or not.

Infant and child tickets

Please contact the airline to obtain the conditions of travel with a child who does not have an individual seat. Generally, children over 2 years of age must have an individual seat, while children between 0 and 2 years of age travel as infants and will not have seats allocated to them. If the baby reaches the age of 2 before the end of the trip, a child ticket must be reserved for the entire journey. Infant tickets cannot be booked before the child is born, as the name and date of birth must match those on the passport. We will not refund any costs arising from the booking of an incorrect ticket type at the outset.

Unaccompanied minors

We do not mediate ticket bookings for unaccompanied minors. Children under the age of 18 must be booked to travel with an adult. Some countries and airlines refuse entry to children under 18 if they are not accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please note that some airlines require children under 18 to have a birth certificate before they can travel.

Lost/damaged baggage

In our capacity as an intermediary, we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged luggage. Your baggage is your responsibility and must be labelled (name, address, telephone, e-mail). The airline is solely responsible for damage, theft, loss or delay of baggage entrusted to it. It is with this carrier that you must declare the claim as quickly as possible.

Connection times between flights

Where separate tickets have been booked, airlines are not liable for delays resulting in missed connections. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure that the connecting times are in line with those set by the airlines and airports. Any additional costs incurred as a result of missed connections will not be reimbursed. We recommend that you allow sufficient transfer time (at least 6 hours transit time).

Double booking

A double booking means that two or more bookings with the same passenger name have been made with the same airline. If you have a double booking, the airline may cancel the trip(s). This may also occur if the reservations were made with different travel agencies. We are not responsible for cancellations made by airlines, nor for refunds refused by airlines, should they suspect double booking.
